License & updates

Your desktop license is a one-time purchase. It includes 12 months of updates and permanent use of the versions released during that period.

Activating the app

Sign in to UrMotion using the same account you used to buy your license. If a payment has just completed, open Settings → Account and choose Check again.

When updates end

Your eligible version keeps working, including creating and exporting. Newer releases require an update renewal. Older versions may eventually lose compatibility with newer operating systems and external AI tools.

Renewing

Open your account and choose the update renewal. It adds 12 months from your current update end date, or from the purchase date if that period has already ended. You do not pay for skipped years. Renewal is not automatic.

Moving to another computer

Open your account, find the old computer under Signed-in devices, and sign it out. Then sign in on the new computer. A device holding an offline license cannot receive sign-out changes until it reconnects.

Existing subscriptions

If you have a legacy subscription, manage it using the billing link in your account. Buying a desktop license does not automatically cancel a separate subscription.
