UrMotion

A few things worth knowing

Questions, answered.

Licenses, AI tools, exports, and getting started with UrMotion.

What does my license include?

A perpetual license to eligible UrMotion desktop versions, plus 12 months of updates. AI services and optional voice-provider charges are separate.

What happens after 12 months?

You can keep creating and exporting with versions released during your update period. Renew only when you want another year of updates. Older versions may eventually become incompatible with newer operating systems or AI providers.

Do I need an AI account?

For chat-based creation, connect an AI tool in Settings. UrMotion supports OpenCode and ChatGPT through Codex. Provider availability, limits, and charges depend on the provider.

Will I be charged automatically?

The desktop license and update renewals are one-time purchases. Neither renews automatically. Existing subscriptions, if any, remain manageable from your account.

Can I renew after skipping a year?

Yes. A renewal adds 12 months from your current update end date, or from the renewal purchase date if your updates have expired. You do not pay for the time you skipped.

How many computers can I use?

Your license includes 1 signed-in device. Sign a device out from your account before moving to another computer.

Can I use UrMotion offline?

After activation, your perpetual license works offline for eligible releases. Chat tools, online assets, and some voice providers need an internet connection. Trial and legacy subscription licenses need periodic online checks.

Which files can I export?

Export MP4 video, SRT subtitles, and WAV narration. You can include narration and burned-in subtitles in the video or save them separately.

Can I use the videos commercially?

Check the usage rights of every asset, voice, and AI service in your project. UrMotion records asset credits so you can review attribution requirements before publishing.

How does the free trial work?

New accounts receive a 14-day trial without a payment card. Sign in to the desktop app with the same account. After the trial, purchase a license to continue creating.

How do I get help with a payment or refund?

Contact support with the email used for your purchase and your order reference. Never send a password or full payment-card details. Contact support
